Very wrong motivation, not everyone has family support ( financial) / location preference and many only have knowledge and practical skills and a family to run after investing this much time( 5yrs only to get a bachelor degree) . Not saying anything against establishing a business , only saying that there should be be more jobs, and this already established and very heavy position and power holder person should stand up for the talented and skilled dentists who are struggling to survive each and every day , but they are not doing anything and distracting the new generation with false hope , and these persons are hiring young dentists with below poverty line marked wages ( in Kolkata if you are practising any others clinic because many newcomers cant afford that ) like 5 k The thing is these type of dentists are creating / promoting several patterns to corruption ( because you will never see any second or third gen dentists are suffering like this ) You are a very know face , please raise your voice against these practical problems and support your fellow dentists
