A challenging and exciting internship program for undergraduate students to gain knowledge and experience in related fields. In IPM, we expose our interns to a real harsh working environment. We do not treat interns as interns, but as valuable employees, as we believe that treating as interns will limit personal growth and they may have special treatment, eventually lesser opportunities to learn and practice. In another way, our interns will be given real hands-on projects to handle, produce reports, on-site exposure, meeting, etc. Thus IPM interns shall be ready with a committed, hardworking, independent mindset, to maximize the learning curve during the internship period. In short, we do not practice taking interns to do “photocopy” matters, but to do real projects! By the end of the IPM internship program, we wish our interns to gain real working experience, increase soft skills, understand more about ownself, and ultimately excel in future career! 💪💪
