It's high govt should make separate entry for IPS . This IPS service is something which people should not get as by default as per their rank but it should be allotted only to those who really want to enter into police services . That's y they should have separate exam for IPS . In her case ,she knows that she will not be able to do justice in policing role and from her body language itself one can infer that she's not much interested in IPS . There are lakhs of people who aspire to become IPS .

Power IAS aur IPS dono ki hoti hai but IPS hona apne aapme hardworking hota hai ,IPS ko physical fit rakhna pdta hai crime se do do hath lena pdta hai .shyad madam ko in sab kaam me hesitation hota hai meine kuch videos me dekha hai madam IPS hone ke baad bhi kafi shy hai.

Ladki ka selection hone ki wajah hai khoobsurati 70% mehnat 30% reality hai har field mein ladki ko ladki hone ki wajah sae hee fame milta hai. Khoobsurat ho toh successful hona easy hai ladkiyon ke liye. Par ladke khoobsurat badsurat nhi hote hai ladke amir ya gareeb hote hai. UPSC ki pariksha mein ladke bhi mehant karte hai par selection ladkiyon ka hota hai khoobsurati ki wajah sae ladki hai isliye aur log kehte hai waah sherni . Gender equality bata doon kuch logon ki jali na ❌ Sadak pe ek ladki tumhe thapad maar de insult kar de ladki hai par tum ladka ho tum kuch bhi karo kanoon hai 😢 Ladkiyon ki respect karo suna hai bahut kabhi suna hai ladko ki bhi respect karo . Ek baat aur koi ladki IAS IPS hai kabhi middle class ladke sae pyar karegi dekhegi bhi nhi . Ladka kitna bhi accha kyun na ho par ladka agar ias ips ho ladki middle class ki ho Kam pdhi likhi ho shadi kar lega ladki. Kyunki woh khoobsurat hai isliye. Phir kehte hai equality hai sadak pe ladka chai ki dukaan kare wahi pe koi khoobsurat ladki dukan kare kiske dukan par log jayenge batao yaar 😢 Ab kuch log comments kuch bhi kare mujhe farak nhi padta maine sach bola hai ..
