I hope before the PL starts someone has told Dan Potts that social distancing is no longer a requirement lol... I've tried to check online what formation we played but had no luck, was it the regular 352 or 343? Looking forward to seeing the team at Sheffield and Wolverhampton. Ipswich done their job well and gave our boys a good workout.

Ipswich gave us a very good workout.They looked like they could be heading for a top six next season. Ogbene seems a great buy.Defence looked a bit shaky with the crosses. Hope we get a top quality goalkeeper soon. Someone who can hold the defence together.

I remember Luton winning all their preseason games and then losing when the season started so really no need to worry. Going to take some time to bed down new players so patience is absolutely essential and taking each game each week as it comes. COYHATTERS ❤😊

@@MadMurdock69 All options on the table but we’ll have to concentrate our efforts on the bottom third as that group will be similar to the top half of the Championship. Win or lose it’ll be an adventure that’s for sure. The money for our new ground is the priority over and above all else. Cheers

Only a pre-season designed to assess areas of improvement. From this video, we looked tired and lackluster. Nobody to run up with pacey Chong and defense looked League 2. Ogbene and Chong look lively. All the best Ipswich.

Think you're earlier in pre-season than we are, and your season starts later (congrats on the promotion btw). We've already done some local ones, Preston away, 1 trip to Austria and about to go on a 2nd trip to the continent for a friendly cup thing; this was our 8th pre-season friendly (and last UK one). Hopefully time to still blow some cobwebs out your side, hope you can surprise a few in the Prem.

Poor defending for Ipswich goal. Didn’t stop the cross & an easy header. No real effort to defend. I get it’s pre-season but we have to be on it from the first second in the Prem otherwise we will ship a lot of goals. COYH!!

Looked like 2 League 1 teams playing. James Shea could have done bettier with the goal. The whole of LTFC looked very tired. No pretty triangles from them etc that is the staple of Prem League. Wednesday are the bookies favourite to go down so, we must beat them! Wolves will be the real test and a win would be a tremendous booster for the season. Lutons #7 looked fast but the final cross was poor. A lot to work on this week but, in RE we trust.

I would recommend any Luton fan watching these highlights that did not attend the game, to watch the Ipswich highlights if they release an edit. These highlights make it look like Luton had the majority of chances and were the better team, far from the truth. No hate on Luton, I understand it’s their first friendly, but they were well off the pace in the 1st half.

Its was very half hearted especially first half no-one pressed at all and nobody ran beyond 80% effort. Clark jumped out of some challenges not to risk injury. Very casual

Edwards out. We fluked promotion with a league 1 team. I genuinely think we will struggle to pick up 1 point this season. Jordan Clark and Chong nowhere near the pace of proffesional football let alone premier league. After watching that display I think it might be time to shred the season ticket!

What a stupid comment. Sack the man who got them into the Prem 🤦‍♂️ Doesn’t matter if they don’t do well in the Prem it’s not about that. Compare them to Blackpool’s 2010-2011 Premier League squad. They weren’t expected to compete or do well but yet got 39 points, did amazing in their own right but still got relegated. Luton need to do the same
