I remember for much of the noughties and tens driving around Ipswich's satellite towns and villages and seeing kids wearing Chelsea (etc) shirts and being so disheartened, we were losing whole generations of supporters from our heartlands...but it's changing.

Great VLOG. Sums up my feelings totally. I was at Oxford in '92, and Wembley in 2000 and I never thought I would ever experience that again. All those years of awful teams, awful managers, terrible boring miserable football and empty stands with no hope. To be there yesterday and see the joy that this team has brought to so many people is something I'll never forget. I think we'll do ok next year, but if we don't then that's ok because it will never go back to the bad old days now. The futures bright.
