@@soumilkumar6957 1st is that USAR is government aided whereas VIPs is private. USAR will be above VIPS soon because as compared to last year all institutes of IPU cutoff gone higher, but USAR cutoff remained almost same , this shows its demand Also, it is side branch of the USICT which is top college of IPU And in USAR only 4 all branches are there which are all specialized in computer engineering + fees and campus is also good bro
