This one was explained pretty nicely, not like the one I had at my work place where the guy was just talking about numbers without showing examples. I fell asleep 3 times on that day.

I'm currently taking courses in Coursera to get my IT Support Certification. There is literally just and 8 minute video on subnetting!! I was in tears because I thought it was just so difficult that I just wouldn't get it. After watching this video, I'm still a little shaky but I have a much better understanding of what's going on and feel like I can actually do this!

I was kinda grasping the concepts while studying for A+ But this video, and 11 pages of notes just on this one video definitely helped me understand how to convert decimal to binary and back, CIDR notations, and how to figure out how to determine the network ID, Broadcast IP address, and usable IP addresses. Best subnetting video on youtube. A lot of others teach either only the binary method or only the table method, but you combine both and make it all really clear. If you watch this video 4-5 times you will be a subnetting master.
