If u want to know more about Xin Liu, plz read this, she is my one pick and i want to let u all know how good she is… Xin Liu, born in 1997, she is only 22 now even she might look more mature than her age. This is because she left home at the age of 12 for her dancing dream. She went to Beijing to have more opportunity. She is one of the best female popping dancer in Asia now and popping master Lin meng is her teacher. It is very brave for her to choose popping, as u all know popping is a type of dance that needs supper strong energy and muscles to control ur body, so its usually harder for girls than boys to learn popping. But Xin Liu wants people to know how strong and powerful girls could also be. 2012, Xin Liu participated in a competition called "Go Up! Junior" （向上吧！少年）and won the Most Upward Junior Award, famous idol like Kiku, or Karry Wang and Jackson Yee from the TFboys, and even one of the coach from “Youth with You”, Kun also attend this competition show, but Xin is the winner of that show, her dancing skills impressed everyone. But almost everyone from that show are famous idols now, except the winner Xin. 😢 2013, Xin participated in the competition of "Dancing Forest Fighting Hegemony" of Oriental Satellite TV's dance competition, and won all the votes of the four judges.But nothing changes, even she is so good at dancing, and won lots of trophies, still, no one knows her. So for her stage dream, she started to try to be an idol, she improved her singing skills, learnt rap, b-box, passes 8th grade for piano, and finally she became a member of a girl group called “Lady Bees” with other 6 girls. But sadly, “Lady Bees” went quiet after they releases their group album and went on some concerts in 2017. lol funny story, Xin actually beat Kun in a youth competition when they were both kids (this is why Kun mentioned that he knows her before her performance), her skills are legit, but apparently, her tomboyish style isn't popular in China and she is not very well known. She's definitely very talented though, and I hope she will get to debut with the group at the end. I'm rooting for her!

*I feel ashamed* I didn't know China was so tolerant of gender ambiguity and unconventional appearances. If they're just putting on a show of tolerance, they're hella good actors. All the conventionally attractive idols are so supportive of the others. It's all really moving and I'm having to re-evaluate what I think I know about China.

Came back here to rewind my X Queen's lit audition. I just can't believe how far Xin and Umbrellas have come to in the past five months. I don't know how many more years I will stan her. Perhaps one day I'll be tired of stanning idols and say goodbye, but she'll always have a special place in my heart no matter what. She taught me to be a better person. She taught me that it is okay to be different. She taught me that everybody has the right to be themselves. And most importantly, she taught me to love. In my darkest and most hopeless days, she magically appeared like a beacon of light and shone on me, slowly pulling me away from hell. Xin played a huge and essential role in my youth, and I'll imprint this in my heart forever. Like Xin said, we are each others' umbrellas

Not just her talents, but also her attitude didn't deserved to be wasted. During "Miss You 3000", XIN was center and in charged of RAP. She told Air Su that she loved the Rap of the song. After that mentor suggested XIN to take some vocal part so she took the first verse in the chorus. Air Su : "It is normal that we always take over some part from others. But it's the first time I see the kind person who was told to take over part from vocal, but eventually GIVE OUT some of her parts. She (XIN) takes half of the chorus, the she gave out half of her rap." "Xiaowei said she wanna sing rap, so XIN gave her half of her rap (bcz Xiaowei has least part). This is the reason why there's difference between Team A & B (B team only one person rap). But Johny J (Rap Mentor) suggested to just give one person complete the rap part because if it split into two parts, can't really convey the emotion. I feel like Johny J want Liu Laoshi (XIN) take the whole part of rap. But when Johny J just finished his words, Liu Laoshi immediately answered that just to let Xuaowei in charged of RAP entirely."
