Convicted Real IRA member Nathan Kinsella has pleaded guilty to tax charges while his partner Jennifer Dunne had money laundering and tax charges dropped against her at the Special Criminal Court.
Kinsella will be sentenced next January after the unravelling of the State’s money laundering case against the couple.
Nicola is talking to to Niall Donald about Kinsella, his past role as an extortionist with pal Alan Ryan and his links to Jim Mansfield Jnr who remains under financial and VAT fraud investigations around activities at the families Tasaggart house mansion.
