In this video, I am going to show the recipe of historical Persian kebabs. Authentic Persian kebabs are made in the mixture of beef and mutton meat with the blend of very normal spices which includes cumin and black pepper. Below is the written recipe of Irani Kebabs.
Beef Mince 1/2kg
Mutton Mince 1/2kg
Onion 1Normal Size
Tomato 2 Normal Size
Green Coriander Bunch
Salt 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Mix all and let it rest for 1 hour.
