Hello everyone and welcome back to our channel! Today we have a special one for you guys so come and eat with us! This is our first time ever trying Persian/Iranian food. We had a delicious appetizer of Mirza Ghasmi (Eggplant and tomato dip) with naan bread. Followed by a tasty serving of 2 koobideh kebabs with saffron basmati rice and persian shirazi salad along with Fasenjoon (Walnut and Pomegranate paste stew). And finally ended our mukbang with a flavorful bowl of Ferni (Homemade persian pudding).
We have been very busy with things on our end with Covid and lockdowns in Canada. We appreciate all the support we are still getting with all of you that follow us! I'm Iranian, Tnx so much for trying our food. We usually eat fesenjan or gomesabzi or such stews with rice. If you like please try geymeh with rice, tahchin morg, baglava, kefta with torshi and bread. Like u guys. Hope the best🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Im from South Africa I lived in in since 2018 until end of 2020 this use to be my Friday treat i love Iranian Kebab so much that bread you guys are eating is not the one they eat with kebab I usually eat that bread with cream cheese or fresh cream and honey with chai soooo good. You guys should try eating Ghorme Sabzi omg that Iranian dish is sooooo good. You guy making me miss Iran so much I hope this dam pandemic can end do I can return to Iran.

We have ash which is dense soup in iran we have more than 250 type of that we have most of them are vegeterian and some of them are even city specific you can find some type of that even in specific city in iran but the famous one is ash reshte in some old culture in iran eating meat in spring is forbiden cause of animal reproduction so we have so many vegeterian options that i think we should introduce to world. But people mosty like meat so that part of iranian food got bold

Omg😍, it's good to see you trying Persian/Iranian foods, thank you for doing that, hope you enjoy. You should try "Ghorm-e Sabzi", "Tah-chin" and also chicken grilled "we call it "Jooj-e Kabab" we have two kinds of them chicken with bone which is chicken shoulder and without bone make sure to try the second one, the second one is more juicy and delicious. If you liked the "Mirza Ghasemi", you'll probably like the "Kashk-e Badenjan". About the dessert "Baglava" could be amazing and of course it's sweet too. You can have it with tea or not. Anyway bon appetit and lots of love from Iran ❤️❤️🤤

First time watching you guys. 👀lol 😆just an FYI fenenjoon is supposed to be eaten with the safron rice ( not with bread) lulz. If you get it again do try it that way. Next time try Ash which is a soup as well as Ghormeh Sabzi with some torchi (pickles). Half persian chick from New Zealand 😍 (edit: I prefer the Kashk eggplant with semi toasted persian Barbari bread)

Only bummer is that I haven’t found a single Persian restaurant that can hold a candle to homemade Persian food. Hopefully y’all found a good one. I recommend mixing the stews with rice.

Try Dough with Koobideh and of course raw onions. We basically love Kebab, so u might want to try Barg, Chenjeh, shishleek too. U can also try Gheimeh too. I have heard about baba ghanoosh and i love eating it. I basically think Arabs have more flavorful dishes than us.

We don't take Fesenjoon with bread lol...it's a delicacy food which goes with rice, it's one of those dishes to die for in Iran😊. Basically, it's made with chicken but some also make it with meatballs, and it's sweet-and-sour originally but some make it sourer or sweeter, depending on their own taste, or different parts of Iran. And the chicken should not be shredded!, Of course, I have no idea if in some parts of Iran they do so or not because we have vast ethnic groups and regions in Iran in Noth/S/E/ or west, but the one that we all know, its big pieces of chicken or meatballs as said. Usually, it has a juicy oily look on top which is completely fine and more amazing to have because it's all the oil of the walnuts and healthy. Another side dish you need to try is kashke bademjoon, it's also made with eggplant but with other different ingredients which makes it unique as Mirza ghasemi as a side dish..another to die for if made well...and of course Persian Kabab just takes us to heaven and back...Oh and try Doogh, our famous drink which goes with most dishes especially with Kabab, and get some Saffran icecream, if made well it's very delicious and it's our traditional icecream......Glad you enjoyed our foods.

I'm Iranian but I do it with bread too. Rice is more common though
