In three years of war and more than 25,000 civilian deaths, Baghdad has become the world capital of terrorism, a sanctuary for 'mad about Allah' globetrotters. The American secret services estimated that around forty foreigners 'suicide candidates' had arrived in Baghdad this summer, including 20% Algerians.
