If you comment frequently about government corruption particularly Biden administration/FBI/DOJ will get you on list. They are circling the wagons to prevent from losing election and being prosecuted.

The "all enemies foreign and domestic" was also in the oath I took as a police officer. I'd like to note that I regularly display the Gadsden flag and several of the other symbols that would obviously put me on this list. In my opinion, being on the FBI's list is a badge of honor, particularly since they've become the enforcement arm of the Democrat Communist Party. For me, being on that list means that you're a proud American who loves his country the way the founders created it.

You can say the events that have occurred in the 1990s and those that followed (RR, OKC) should have kicked it off, but no, those events were at times when there wasn’t the overall distrust that there is now. If something like those events happened now, especially if it were to occur in a 2A state....then you would see something quite different in terms of a reaction. If you are a patriot and just disgruntled and saying what you said, I get it, but if you are a liberal troll then your next response will be predictable.

The crazy thing about a list that large is that it kind of invalidates it. The point is to actually WATCH the people on the watch list, which from a manpower point is impossible. Being a vet and 2a guy, a former army officer and all am not the enemy of our great country. Althouh the mindset of AR15 forums seem kinda crazy (at first) hating the govt, i can see how agents think we are weird. Lots of harsh commemts and opinions. But when u remember the tea party and why we fought the british, it makes sense to want to fight back to keep our freedoms. Lots of young agents are 23 yrs old and following orders, they dont remember or think about the govt not to infringe or the govt needing to respect and serve us Civilians, were not a the enemy of the govt…we are your people! Your brothers and sisters, Americans. Agents must not forget why they serve, its not to stick charges and fight their fellow countrymen but to help us and push back the politicians who use them to hurt us. We have been on a list for a long time, as a vet I was told in the late 90s by a agent who worked in a Indian tribe. The agent told me that feds had come into their office and took the investigators around the county, they had list top of the list combat vets, patriots, conservative’s, they went to every address. They knew who we worked for and what are politics were.

I went out to the DOJ Civil Rights Team and filed a complaint about this. I said it infringed on at least the First, Second, Fifth and Ninth Amendments. I should have included the Tenth too as this is an infringement of Federalism by enterprise to take away our rights. I went on how to state how this is Pattern & Practice to create tainted policies and procedures to expressly give Qualified Immunity not just to Federal agencies but local law enforcement to take away our rights. I hope you get supporters to start to go out to the DOJ and file Civil Rights complaints.

So my question is, as a veteran if you were called to serve your government, would you stand with them or the people that you are sworn to defend? I only ask this question because I feel like there are military personnel both current and retired that when called to serve, they will serve our government out of fear of retaliation or some other concern.

@@SouthernStyle08714 nah if the government ever tried to go after American citizens who aren't of the right politics, at least 50% of the military would defect, probably taking some equipment with them. Many others would stay and act as spies for the rebels. The 3 letter agencies know this and in every virtual exercise they've practiced they lose by an extreme margin. All they have is te projection of fear. They'll never go after everyone the way they'd like. That's why all you'll ever see is things like Waco and ruby ridge but never full on government vs citizens. They don't have the personnel or the critical infrastructure to support that effort. But muh nukes! They're not going to glass cities with that type of weaponry or they'll simply be left ruling over a radioactive pile of shit.

Just do what I did. Contact your local FBI office, give your name and request a written letter informing you what list you are on. Advise the individual you are speaking with to include that you will be filing a FOIA request for the requested information if they do not provide it. The FBI is corrupt to its core. Now they are requesting registers for concealed carry permit holders, they will not stop until we are unarmed subjects.

I dont think they are under any obligation to oblige you. Even if you file a FOIA request, there is a "law enforcement sensitive", or something along those lines, exemption they can claim and not give you crap. I would be interested to see if it actually works, but even then how would you even know its accurate?
