Ahmed Faraz Palijo I also focused on healthy eating in addition to having no sugar and Alhamdulilah i’ve got very good results. I’ve lost 12 kgs in these 21 days.🙂 Healthy diet is key to success;)

Alhumdolillah I've reduced 31 kgs in 9 months including breaks. I run around 12 kms with light exercise, 4 - 5 days a week. I don't eat sugar and oil at all. Very happy, healthy and energetic... playing with my kids with the same "young boy energy" Alhumdolillah..

Apko pata hai neuclear blast hone me 1 second se bhi kam lagta hai , but usko banane me saal lag jate hai , Sab result dekhte hai but main cheez process hoti hai , apne chaaro aur dekhiye har cheez ek process hai , har cheez me time lagta hai, Result ke sapne dimag se nikaal kar process me ghus jayiye , fir aap dekhenge ki jo apne result socha tha aap usse bhi kahin aage nikal gaye , Goal ko apne dimag me 5% jagah dijiye , kyonki ye apko bind karega , aur process apko azad kar dega . focus on process. Then see the magic.

There is an app called Social Fever which monitors phone usage...specially social media. It has helped me stay off from my phone.
