Ingredients -
For Cream Cheese -
Full Cream Milk 1 and Half liter
Lemon juice 5/6 tablespoons
salt half teaspoon (optional)
Give 1or 2 tablespoon cold milk if needed
Garlic Cream Cheese -
Half Cup Cream Cheese
2 garlic clove
2 pinch black pepper
Half teaspoon Lemon zest
1 teaspoon milk
Red Chili Cream Cheese -
Half Cup cream cheese
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Half teaspoon minced garlic
few pinches cumin/jeera powder
1 teaspoon cold milk
Chocolate Cream cheese -
Half cup cream cheese
Melted Chocolate 4/5 tablespoon
half teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon cold milk
