Had a very similar reaction to a Milk Chocolate / Milk Chocolate Lindts years ago. Stressful morning at work. Home for lunch. Popped a Lindts in my mouth while I was nuking whatever lunch was. Got weak in the knees and had to sit down with my eyes closed while I let the thing melt in my mouth.
