Pro tip-Cover the top of the straw with your thumb when you insert the straw. The pressure of the trapped air makes the straw walls firmer and easier to break through the lid.

Awww, man... I WISH there was some way that we could get everyone here to try Jamba Juice smoothies... they are THE BEST!!! Nothing else ever really compares - AND you can add various "boosts" (vitamins) to them, and they are all SO. DELICIOUS. it's just UNREAL, but I can honestly say that not a single one I've ever tried has tasted bad - it's just all various levels of delicious personal preferences, is all. Maybe come to Southern California, and give it a try this summer? 😉

I can fully believe Bláithín used to make smoothies at home. I can also fully believe she just forgot about one day. I cannot fully believe she put kale in - that stuff makes taste buds regret waking up in the morning.

No, it's not great, but in a smoothie (and Bláithín probably knows this), it's virtually tasteless because the other flavors overpower it. And it's simply put in there for its nutrient content. Smoothies are a good way to sneak in veggies

My two favorite are Strawberry peach blueberry with vanilla yogurt Tropicana 50 OJ and milk. The other is cucumber avocado celery and cucumber with plain yogurt. Woustercheshire sauce a little salt and pepper and sparkling water

I like naking smoothies all the time. What i do is in the frozen food section of the grocery store is u buy the big bags of frozen fruits. They're cut up, peeled, and mixed. I usually get a couple vags that have different mixed fruits. They're about $8 a bag and 2 of those bags can last a while with the amount of fruit i take out of them.

Used to make smoothies, but forgot, so now you stopped, and there' fruits just sitting around unused... if you'd said "mangos" I could *swear* you've been spying on me 😂 I have a mango tree, which is currently fruiting, but I also have a mango in my freezer from *last year* that I have yet to use.... *cough* maybeoneday
