As I watched the draft video Adebayo sent me, I realised I’d added more weight with the cheat meals I’d had in between the healthy adventures than when I was just eating normally.
Moral of the story is that as sweet as abelejayon (sneaky links) may be, it leads to wahala (problems).
So I have reinstated my gym membership and reconnected my @peloton bike!
