Nintendo switch will require wifi though during transportation. Yes, you could buy the portable wifi or use hotspot but that will take up alot of space. So, might as well use a phone that has multiple purposes and has (Unlimited Data Plan).

Jail break your phone and hotspot unlimited as your regular plan. Being able to root your phone, is #1 thing I look for when buying a new phone. Good part is virtually all flagship phones are, its the the cheap ones that don't for most part. Not to mention then your SD-card can be used as internal memory, no need to buy expensive version just for more memory. I play say san andreas off my SD-card or other intense 3d games, just make sure the sd-card is class10.
