Hi friends, welcome to my channel. Today I’m so excited for this collaboration video with Jennifer from Jennifer at Home. We have sent each other ingredients to incorporate into a recipe. Chicken Parmesan casserole
Ingredients :
8 ounces rotini pasta
3 cups pasta sauce
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
14 1/2 ounce diced tomato canned well drained
1/2 teaspoon Italian season
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Topping :
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
Instructions :
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 2 quart casserole or baking dish.
In a medium bowl, melt butter. Add Panko, parsley, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese and combine to make topping. Set aside. 
Cook pasta, al dente according to package directions. Toss with 2 cups pasta sauce, chicken, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and parsley. 
Place in prepared baking dish. Top with remaining pasta sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then topping mixture.
Make 30 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling and topping is browned.
