I love your reaction to this episode. It was fun to watch. As for me I watched this episode cringing all the time. But I do understand that Danny is very naive and innocent so I let that go.

I only got half way through episode two. I'm sure you guys will like it more than me. I hear it gets better starting at 6 and great at 13. I'm hoping I like his character a lot in The Defenders and that motivated me through this show.

No idea why the critics hated this show. The choreography isn't as clean in the shooting as daredevil but this show was way better than what the critics were saying about it. You'll enjoy this one fellas.

In my opinion, Iron Fist wasn't that bad. I enjoyed it for the most part. Out of its cast of characters, I found Ward Meachum the most interesting to watch. I couldn't stand him at first, but as the show went on - well, I began to enjoy watching him. There's just something comical about him. That's all I'm going to say about it for now. To the Blindwave crew: I'm so glad you guys also had remarks to make about that key above the door; I was thinking about birds knocking it down when I first watched it. Haha. I look forward to seeing more Iron Fist reactions! :)

I don't really get all the hate this series is getting. I liked it a lot. I would say it's my 2nd favorite of the Netflix-Marvel-shows.

This show is good as a corporate drama but not as a show focusing on martial arts and the more crazy comic book stuff. I think "The Meachums" would have been a more fitting title for the show.

Me and my friend have been back and forth about the quality of this show but one thing that we both can agree on is Dannie's plan when he gets back is fucking stupid. They way he just assumes everyone would just believe him, so stupid.

Why doesn't Danny just do [a lotta stuff that seems obvious]? Well the more you think about his background, the more it makes sense: he's lived in a far eastern otherworldly monastery since he was 10. Mosta the [stuff that seems obvious] is only obvious to people who grew up as adults in modern American society and would have largely learned how society, and the business world, and law works as early as their late teens or as adults.

Iron Fist was underwhelming for me, but I'm curious to see how you guys feel about it. It's a shame that a show starring Danny freaking Rand has egregious fight choreography. I really like Tom Pelphrey's performance though.

I think the marvel shows been dipping quality wise but I thought the criticism of this show was overkill :/

a lot of people have probably already said this, but this show wasnt complete trash. id give it a 7-8/10. sure the weakest out of all the Marvel TV shows, but certainly not trash. I'm hoping that Iron Fist relationship with Luke Cage will make him a bit more of a compelling character. also the tv show gets a LOT better after epsidoe 6.
