This is the first Maiden song I ever heard. The Live After Death version. That's what first turned me on to what would become my favorite band ever. And it's still my favorite song by them to this day. Love it man.

Dennis Stratton’s guitar solo in this song is pure sex. It’s like Eric Clapton or David Gilmour showed up and played the classiest, tastiest solo in the middle of a metal song.

+NewLevelMusic I think first Dave Murray solo is better in writing than the second. When Dave plays slow and sweet, he show his best expressive leadwork. So amazing :) And you did a very good work, pal!

Very, very nicely played. I agree Murray's solo is hard to track. A couple of interesting slight variations from how I play it, which I'll have to give a try to, but one of the best covers of this I have come across.

that was great, i've aparently been playing it wrong for 20 years, i start with the open g, everything else the same, your version sounds more correct, i wish i had youtube 40 years ago when i first started, i wouldn't have played things totally wrong , on stage ,at that, lol, anyway, that was great, you don't suck at all
