This is how to paint a motorcycle helmet with spray paint and 1shot. Correction: This is how I painted this helmet using spray paint and 1shot.
I removed all the gloss sheen from the factory paint job using red scotch-brite pads then applied Rustoleum 2X ultra cover paint + primer for all my color coats and then for the brush work I used all 1shot, and then a fianl clear coat with Spray Max 2K clear gloss
Prep work is key when using this method, it is mentioned many times on internet searches that certain types of paint can soften the raw shell of the helmet.
