We plan to give you a more inside look at what goes on behind the scenes as well as build characters and help you meet other fellow pro athletes while getting you excited for this weekend's race.

It's so refreshing to see a professional be so candid. This is literally the reason why you're so loved and admired. There are so many great triathletes, but only a rare few have the charisma, humility, and humour that you do, Lionel. Thank you for all the great videos.

I absolutely adore Taylor Knibb! She's so cute, young and giddy! Just like when I first started racing tri. I also like how candid all of the athletes are...we make them out to be like superheroes...but they are just people, like all of us. And very happy to hear they are all so stoked for Oceanside this week! I get all amped up during race week too!

I had an awful 10k time trial about a month ago and got stuck in the same sort of rut nearly the entire time since. Wasn’t until I let myself go and stopped putting so much pressure on myself during every run workout that I finally started to feel good about myself again. Sometimes, the weight of expectation can push you to new highs, but other times, it can be crushing. Good on ya for finding yourself way out-can’t wait to see how Oceanside goes!

Well, by far, lol the best scenery ever, and if you guys ever need a 3rd, I want to train, well really race, but do believe theses guys are much faster then me, what can I bring to the table, daytrading at lets say the level they race at, or I think maybe even Juan level:) not that lionel is not at his level, he just needs how to master energy, like never waste energy on a cuss word, lol thanks for the race week, it lets me pretend I am racing, while I train, and do believe me and lionel will get along good, as every time I see him sitting on the couch, I am too, with a blanket over me, do believe there is a lot of comfort to be had for ironmans, as we get comfortable in uncomfortable situations, there for,,, the coach feels extra good, after 13 hours of training:)

Makes you wonder how often breakdowns actually happen in pro sport but most never have the guts to share. My lesson is I need to push a lot harder and start having breakdowns 🙃

@@ADuckOnQuack97 she was Valedictorian of her high school. Got a 36 on her ACT and got a full ride to Cornell university for academics.. She is also one of the best female athletes in the world with one of the best shots to win this weekend. Maybe we are weird to her! 😂
