We now have just under 50k miles on these tires! They are 35x12.5s on 17 wheels. Always run on the road; highway, backroads and town. This wrangler does not see the trails. Rotate every 5k miles. Still have about 8/32” of tread! Great budget friendly mud terrain tires.

Tires are tough as hell as well wore all 4 of mine down to drag slicks because I couldn’t afford a new set of tires just yet and even running 4 drag slicks with at least 1 plug in each of them off road the tires never left me stranded no blow out or anything I think I drove to Cali while they were bald as well

Just ordered a set for my H3. Seem to me the best bang for your buck. We'll see.

I put these on with a new lift on the wife’s 19 Silverado pavement princess and I am impressed with them also 👍. I think she’s put 30,000 on them so far and they are still in great shape. 33x12.5x 20’s…. I’ll be replacing with the same tire when due.

We have been really pleased too. I think this brand makes an all terrain, which I think I’d like to try next. Since we don’t really off road it. Now that they are worn low, it’s a nuisance in the rain. We have 76,000 miles on the jeep now, lift/tires went on a 13,000. Tires still pass inspection and side walls look new when cleaned up!

I just ordered these same size going on a 04 v8 4runner ,we live down a muddy road when it rains or snows where these do very good . I run the 37" on a old Toyota rock crawler . They are exceptional for that purpose. I have 315 75 17 on a ram 2500 also. not a long lasting tire on the heavy truck but they are very good in mud.

Thanks for this. I am also in Pa and will be using more in the pavement more then off-road. The occasional beach run. How loud is the hum
@TraylorBoys
@TraylorBoys 11 ай бұрын
The hum is noticeable at first, but about what you would expect out of a mud terrain. As they wear, they become quite a bit louder. We finally upgraded, those tires lasted well over 50k mikes and still have about a 1/4 tread when we swapped them. If it wouldn’t have been for the deal I got on Toyo open country tires, I would have bought another set of these.

What’s your air psi? Thanks for the review I’m really liking these tires as an option to buy
@TraylorBoys
@TraylorBoys 2 жыл бұрын
I think we run around 35psi. We have a tuner, but I’m not sure if I can change the psi warning on the dash. So anything below 30psi, we get and alarm.

Btw. We are nearing 60k miles. Tires are still on the jeep. Gets inspected Tuesday. Hoping for one more year!

Could you do a video pavement driving at various speeds to give a idea of how loud they are. Thanks

Looking at these I'm assuming they are the F Rated tire, many say even an E rated can be rough so I have to ask what the ride quality is like?

So I’m not a huge fan of mud terrain tires, this is my wife’s jeep and she likes the look. I have Toyo open country all terrains on my wrangler, and I prefer that ride better. These Ironmans aren’t as bad as some mud terrains I’ve encountered, but they still ride and handle like you would expect a mud terrain to. They are loud on the highway, humming. You do feel the lugs when going slow, seems to be worse as the tires are wearing. Now we do rotate every 4-5k miles, and they have worn really well! For the money, I can’t complain. However, I do think they make the same brand tire in an all terrain, and if I can talk my wife into it, that will be our next purchase when these wear out.

Do you know what they measure at height wise under the load of the jeep?
@TraylorBoys
@TraylorBoys 2 жыл бұрын
@@PBFREAK01 so new they measure about 34-1/2 inches. They are about 33” now, and I had to recalibrate the speedo with our super chip because it was off by about 5mph. Still a good amount of tread left. They’ve been on pavement the whole time, so I’m impressed that they held up as well as they have. They still clean up nice too after a wash.

Not real good. They don’t hook up very well, your typical mud terrain. I have all terrains on my wrangler, and it’s much better. I also have Gladiator 35x12.5s on ram, it’s they are much better as well. Lugs aren’t as aggressive, even though they are classified as a mid terrain.

I hear that they vibrate at high speeds….have you experienced that?
@TraylorBoys
@TraylorBoys Жыл бұрын
No real vibration. But….now that the tread is worn down, they are dangerous in wet conditions! I mean seriously slick. They have enough tread to pass inspection, but we have to replace due to how slick they are. Also, they are very loud at highway speeds now.

@@TraylorBoys thank you sir! Would you buy them again?
@TraylorBoys
@TraylorBoys Жыл бұрын
@@dash1645 I’m torn. They wore extremely well for a mud terrain tire, but I think we will go with an all terrain since we only road use this jeep. We might try to buy the all terrain in the same brand though.
