That's a great time, great job! I did Chattanooga yesterday as well. It was my first full, and actually my first triathlon ever. I found your last video quite helpful in preparation. I came in a couple hours later than I thought I would, but the goal was just to finish. Do you use heartrate data in combination with this data you've shown? Would be very curious to know if you're staying in a certain zone or just going by feel?

Congratulations on finishing! What an accomplishment! It's pretty incredible that this was your first tri ever. Wow! I train by heart rate almost exclusively. But have also been doing it for so long that I know about where I'm at by feel. You can go to my strava and see what my HR was. For the bike I stayed in zone 3 most of the time, with the exception of hills where I hit Z4 and long descents where it slowed to Z2. On the run I was in between Z3 and Z4 for a lot of it. But as I slowed due to cramping, my HR came down to low Z3/high Z2.
