my lifestyle changes I proved that nothing is impossible.When I was 15 years old my weight is 242 pounds whenever I go to school nobody talks to me.I dont know why they don't talk to me.at that time i am in depression.Now here comes my uncle means *my superhero* That time he is runner/athletic He told me that you should start doing workout and I started my journey. I said ''its impossible" "I can't do it" "It's hard for me" But my uncle said *"Nothing is impossible"* I ran 30 min daily I ate lot of healthy food I do this like for 1 year "I felt pain in my body" "My mind is like pls give up" At that time I am *unstoppable* *I lose 77 pouds* *I do my best in 1 year* Now I am 165 pound and I fell happy,motivated and I would like to say *Nothing is impossible* *Thanks for reading my comment*

I still think Macca wanted that type of finish. As a kid he idolized Mark Allen and always said the 1989 race was his inspiration

If you read his book -many examples. - I think he said something like just like iron war. (allen and scott). Thing is Raelert allowed himself to relax. He should have known that macca was a downhill sprinter - he did it before in other triathlon wins. Raelert should have kept the pain up and surged past him on the hill. Macca was smart, waiting for raelert, making sure he was adequately hydrated and then when he came sharing sponge talking and waiting until raelert was so daft as to go for water on the aid station in the downhill and boom macca went for it. Raelert really let one slip by here, was lulled into comfort.

In his book "I'm Here to Win", he talks about his strategies to beat his competition mentally. He said that 10% of his wins were probably due to his mental game subtly communicating with others.
