I won't lie, I did as well when I did the experience. My mom was looking over me and mentioned to me that I seemed to have the most joy putting it together, which I did. It's expensive, but so worth it for just the experience part. Otherwise I'd buy online from ebay if wanting savi saber or just getting ultrasabers for a cheaper price.

@@ReiseLukas green has been my all time favorite #1 color for years and years But I also just like kylo Ren and the red lightsabers As well as red being my second favorite color. The purple is really aesthetic but I'd have such a hard time choosing parts tbh . If I made one I'd want to display it somehow so it feels worth it

Out of the available colors, I'd probably choose red or purple, but I wish some of the wilder colors from the Old Republic Era were available. Sentinel yellow is still probably my favorite saber color.

You can switch the Kyber crystal inside and make it whatever color you like. ( its a multi color leds the crystal tells the saber what color to project.)

happened to have a toy lightsaber nearby so i placed it on the table nearby and i ended up getting the chills when i picked it up when instructed. the virtual experience where you ask someone "Take me there" and they do, it's a real special feeling.

I remember doing this myself when I went with friends a few years ago. It was awesome. I'm glad Mousey got to have this experience with Connor. Hopefully someday she can go in person.

I hope this leads to Ironmouse fan art of her getting her lightsaber, wielding it for a bit, and then hugging Connor saying thank you and how much she loves her gift. It would be cute. It would also be funny to see Ironmouse fan art or animation of her about to take on someone in a lightsaber duel, where her opponent thinks she's not to be taken seriously as they call her a gremlin. She exclaims that she's Satan, activates her lightsaber, and leaps at her opponent like Yoda on crack, screaming as she attacks and scares her unfortunate victim.

i went with a friend to disneyland when galaxys edge first opened and all i wanted to do was build a lightsaber. she has never seen any of t he movies but went in with me just to see the show, and she ended up crying and wanting to watch all the movies after.

I used to have one as well, did a whole buncha magic at Diagon Alley with it, but somehow I lost it one day. I still have the map from the wand, but not the wand itself anymore sadly.

That's so sad I remember getting voldemorts wand and with a friend pranking other universal studio goers by waiting for them to pass by that interactive shop display and have the big cauldron dump and it would Creek and be dramatic about it. I say I'm a neutral person but I think with magic I'd definitely have a phase of being a book nerd still but also being a little shit sometimes lol

During mine and my husband's fifth anniversary, Galaxy's Edge was still pretty new and it was the tail end of quarantine when we went. My oldest brother really wanted lightsabers, so he paid for us to build him some. Do I think it's overpriced? Absolutely. But it was so much fun. Next time I go, I want to build my own lightsaber, and my own droid. I'm so glad Connor took Mouse to do this. You can tell they both enjoyed it. I wish I could have caught this stream live. But I'm glad I can watch it later.

It does, specially when you have a good group. My group did it a second time and the cast members were all like "Ok, yeah~" I went nature during my experience before the new pieces came out. So I have the raincore tooth.

IronMouse is really into this. But I guess she's kind of like a caged bird with access to the internet. Able to learn about everything she can't see. Without Connor she probably would never have an experience like this. Not sure how old she is, but still a kid at heart. It's sweet to see.

For the price of his same from disney you could gt better quality and craftsmanship from people who actually make personal sabers for a living. Plus you can actually hit things withnit and they dont break easy like disneys does. They have better sounds and customize it to your hands.

Yeah the Disneyland prices are straight up bs + the quality isn’t even that good. I guess you really just pay the price for the "experience". Still a cool memory to make though

I agree with you on that, it’s a low quality saber you can’t even heavy duel with. You’re just paying for the memories and acting.
