A man who was caught on video groping a woman in Orange County has been arrested, Irvine police said.

😡,, . This is someone with a severe mental problem and arresting him is a great start, Thank you. But going forward is my concern, how to you restrict & monitor this person's behavior? I just don't want him escalating say in 5 or 10 years .. and he really hurts someone 😞,, 💔 sure you will catch him, he's stupid.. but by then the damage will have been done to an innocent person
