ohh please!!Don't say that.Shuttle Flash has started long before Brim started.Brim in no age has been able to create such videos Shuttle Flash has created.Alongside,i have seen Brim copying the ideas of Shuttle Flash,if you check the video of footwork of LD made by brim,it says the same idea as of Shuttle Flash.moreover no badminton channel till now has been able to beat the amazing editing skills of Shutlle Flash.

no one in badminton history is close to lin dan's level. he is juat a god in badminton, the greatest of all time. master of everything, great physical, great footwork, great coverage, great skills, great trick shots, great wrist control, great defense, great attack, smart on court. Simply flawless player

LD is u can say universal player. Most of the players are universal but specialized in one area. In LD case he had it all plus great phyics and mental fortitudes. For me over 20 years of his career he rarely injured him self due to his superior technique. Now a days lot of players got so many injuries not because of they are bad some flaws in their technique. To be able to play till age 37 and stayed top 5 for over 15 years period of time is phenominal. LCW comes close second. His greatest weakness was not his skill but his mentality. It may take another 100 years to produce another complete player like LD.

Well said. If you see players nowadays, they get injured easily after just a few tournament played. Back then with the scoring of 15. The game was even tougher, shuttlecock speed is way slower , and game was much longer and yet they played like a badass. Lin dan is just crazy most players would already start to procrastinate after winning big titles, but this guy dominate badminton from 2003 to 2017. 4 olympics year in btw, simply amazing. I prefer watching lin dan playing when he slowly rely on his technique and brain to outplay his opponent since 2011. Probably we won’t be seeing another guy like this in the future

@@Zheheng82 The most important thing is they had 4 of the best players at that time. Other one is Taufik. But unfortunately same as LCW to mental fortitude TH is known for his lack of fitness. (Technique superior that LD is my personal belief). And Peter who lacked expolisivenes. Still 2006- 2012 had the best players. Chen Jin, Park Song name few. It's unbelivable. There is a reason he is called GOD of Badminton. He played till nature prohibitted him to do so.

Not only his techniques but his reading skills allowed him to stay in good position and move effortlessly. On his defenses the dives saved a lot of his lack of speed when peoples find/created gaps.

For me LIN Dan's Prime is from year 2011-2015. And with his super power is in year 2013. So that i can say he is the GOAT. And with his rivalry LCW is an Icon.

2004 to 2013 lin dan is a amazing player . Previous lin dan is using attacking smash .shot its perf ect. If you can see the lindan footwork in jump smash. Present lin dan playing mind games every player know that .knockout him easily . He always legend . He is greatest player ever

@@ankurtiwari5248 he actually can smash like lcw if he needs to. But tbh he is way too good for any other players including lcw. He didn’t even need to push that hard, simply play quality shots, make his opponent work for the shuttle and only smash if he needs to. Often u see lin Dan play aggressively during critical points and he didn’t even sweat (barely see his sweat) and he didndt even show sign of tiredness. Simply too good.

At this point in his game I think Lin Dan was one of the most unpredictable players I've ever seen in badminton, his experience & effortless play looks like that of someone that has lived several lifetimes playing the sport.
