It's a good camera, my only issue is that its swivel is quite slow. It easily loses track of a person walking out of the frame because it doesn't manage to keep up.

Good camera overall , yes the timeline is too small ! , I would have loved to see how to mount it upsidedown !, great review

So far IMOU has worked well because I am just using it to keep an eye on my puppy. For $40 USD I think it works great. What do you use for the outdoors? I see a lot of Solar Power ones but I am very weary of using them because of power/battery lasting during the night or days when it rain ect...

In 8:01, u mentioned scrubbing through the timeline is difficult. Can u pinch to zoom on the timeline? And has it been fixed? And have u tried using VLC to view the videos from the SD card on the PC? I've seen other ppl on YT who can do so.

Interesting video - 1st of yours I've watched. We have a Tapo C200 and I can't access it any more (long story) so would be interested in a comparison between this Imou 4mp & a Tapo C210? Any thoughts? TIA.

Howdy from Hot Houston Texas, USA... I like your review of the camera. I have a new puppy and wanted to keep track of her while I am at school (I am a teacher) . I have a Ring doorbell camera while I like it is expensive. So I have ordered the imou.2k for $40.00 usd based off the review. Like I said I like my Ring but their products are expensive and for me looking for a indoor camera so I can watch over my puppy. Have you tried their other products? Are there other products that work just as well atvthe Ring you recommend? Yall have a nice day!!

The issue with security cameras is that there are so many to choose from.. Like my battery operated tools I have one brand because I didn't want to have different batteries and chargers ect and it's the same with these cameras. I would like to just stay with one brand maybe 2..I mean I get it, I have a Ring doorbell and works great and they do have other products but the issue is there might be one brand has a better indoor camera, and another 360 camera, or outdoors camera ect. I just don't want to have 10 different cameras and apps for them. Not sure if I am making myself clear.... Is there a brand you like?

Can 2 cameras (located in 2 different cities) fall under 1 single subscription? (I heard 1 subscription covers 4 devices? Or does it need to be 4 in a single location??).... Sir can you clear doubt about. If it is detect and track motion or person. After when person go out of frame then will it come back to original fixed angle. Which we originally fixed cover that area. This is the most question going on my head . Please clarify... Waiting for your reply.

Too much your face, too little footage

I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time. They make updates every 2 weeks. Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update. Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up. Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply. The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one. They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat. And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone. Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.
