Day 2 of Lone Star Drift, and I get to do about 30 laps in a newer mustang with light mods, see some wrecks, and watch a Volvo kill fully built drift cars in competition!

You should plug everyone that allows you to drift their car - they're trusting you with their builds, and the least you could do for shredding their tires is allow them to shout out their instagram, youtube, etc. Besides that, Taylor, the vids have been just getting better and better! Keep killin' it.

I think you're just enjoying that the cars you drove were more setup and causing you too second guess your Corvette, but when you get it all set up I think you'll be happy with your choice.

Yea Taylor got to look at the end product of what the vette will become, not what it is now. That mustang already got tons of suspension mods setup for drifting, I bet stock it wouldn't had slide so easily.

My friend let me drift his 2014 Mustang. I think its the electric steering that makes it feel loose. It almost feels like a simulator, in a way. Like you don't feel everything the car is doing like most cars.

That Snap back is why you see alot of people crashing those cars lol. Do you know if it had Lower control arm relocation brackets? It changes how the tire grip pushes the car, either lifting or squatting the rear, and it seems like when you lower the car and dont change that LCA angle it really becomes snappy.
