👋🏻 Hey guys! Today, I'm discussing whether standing desks or sit stand desks are worth it, especially for productivity. I will be talking about the value that standing desks can bring and the benefits you can get out of it by having a desk that has sitting and standing capabilities. I will be explaining why I got the Desky Dual Motor Sit Stand Desk with the Acacia softwood and I will be focusing on reviewing the desk and sharing my experiences using the standing desk.

Occupational diseases caused by standing work are older than those caused by the use of chairs and with equally serious effects. Choosing between two evils is like having to give up soup, because you can't eat it with a fork, instead of trying with a spoon! If the current chairs are not good, let's make a chair that increases muscle tone, intensifies metabolism, allows a correct posture!
