अमेरिका को इस क्षेत्र में एक मिलट्री बेस चाहिए और एक ऐसा देश जो सिर्फ उसकी हां में हां मिलाए, उसका पिछलग्गू हो ,इसलिए खालिस्तान अमेरिका की जरूरत है। इसी कारण कनाडा पंजाब के युवाओं को नागरिकता दे रहा है ता कि उनकी लेबर शक्ती दोहन कर सके और भविष्य में उनके मां बाप मरने के बाद पंजाब की जमीन के मालिक कनाडाई सिटिजन हो जाए और यहूदियों की तर्ज पर नया इजराइल यानि खालिस्तान बन सके । वैसे भी जब किसी पंजाबी को कनाडाई पी आर हासिल करनी होती है तो सब से आसान रास्ता यही होता है कि वह एक हलफनामा लिख कर दे कि वह सिख समुदाय से है और भारत सरकार उस को तंग कर रही है । पंजाब के दस लाख से अधिक लोगों के हलफनामे अमेरिका कनाडा के पास है जिस को वह इस्तेमाल करेगा
