Hi there, doc! I came across this video while looking for new products to put on my face. I stopped using products when I got pregnant in 2020 and until now because I’m breastfeeding. Hello doc, I've been using azelaic acid and it works for my pigmentation though I still have pimples during red days and lots of scars recently because of breakouts. I want to ask lang po kase I am currently into fraxel laser treatment. Can I still use the azelaic acid and Bephanten moisturizer together with my Uvest sunscreen? I think I have dry combination- sensitive skin. My skin looks so dry with lines upon closer look. Though when I use Clinique dramatically different moisturizer which is for dry combination, my skin looks and gets okay, then not. On and off. I have clear skin all my teenage and college days but when I am now in my late 20's, that's when breakouts hit hard. I also don't know if it is because of the surgical face mask? im suffering with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my body i need to get rid from it that's why i need a good exfoliating acid. in my country there few options are available the first option is (12 percent lactic acid and 10 percent urea cream) second option is (12 percent glycolic acid cream) 3rd one is (6 percent salicylic acid cream) and there not mentioned the ph levels of this creams. i saw in some videos doctors said ph is most important for the exfoliation. what cream should i choose

Doctor yesterday i asked a question. you told me (12 percent lactic acid and 10 percent urea cream ) is a good option. and i visited a pharmacy and i found they also have 25 percent urea foot cream . I don't buy anything i became so confused what is more effective and safe ( 25 urea cream or 12% lactic and 10% urea cream)
@irenegaile

Urea is a humectant, if your problem is PIH it wont do much. In higher concentrations it can act as a keratolytic to help areas with thick skin like the feet.
