So I saw all of these people posting videos of them trying vegan queen, Billie Eilish's favorite salad. As a bonafide salad hater, I'm always on the lookout for THE ONE that will fix me. This salad was expensive and a LOT of work, but let me know if you think you'd still take the plunge and give it a try.
