In Vietnam it doesn’t really matter if a certain food is breakfast or lunch or dinner. Having said that, bun cha is more for lunch or dinner.

Bun cha to me is not much filling unless i eat a lot. I think it is more like an appetizer than a main course. But that is only me. Ty for sharing!

You can also wrap banh xeo with just the lettuce leaf and without the rice roll and it tastes just as good without the chewiness of the rice roll.
