RRSP and TFSA can be opened by a resident of Canada - Either permanent or Temporary Down payment- you can still pay 5% down payment for a house, being on a PGWP Both the details are confirmed with a Bank

Quebec has different policies. Also, if a work permit holder is targeting PNP, he/she can't move during the application process.

You can move anywhere you want but if your looking for a PNP path then certain provinces have different eligibility and if we're talking job-wise then most of the Government jobs listed in gc jobs follows a hierarchy where they give the most importance to a citizen then PR then Work permit and so on. So the best way is to apply for municipal jobs within your city, I got a job in city of Ottawa while I was on a student permit and honestly speaking it is more rewarding than a government job with more benefits and less work and the starting salary package is decent too for the lowest at about 52k/year and its very easy to get promoted too. And the experience counts as well if you wanna move toward a gc job in the future.

This was useful brother and all the luck. Regarding Mortgage, Ontario has such restrictions of 15% foreign tax and 20% down however this is a relief in Alberta. Just wanted to share if someone from Alberta is watching this vlog.

There are exams you have to pass if you wanna be a dentist here and you need to take at least eight hours of biology, chemistry, physical science, organic chemistry, and English in 12th to get accepted into college. and college is 4 years after that you either become a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) that is if you pass the exams which are awfully tuf

you have to be in Canada for 1095 days(3 years) after getting your PR this is all done in a 5 year time period so the student and work permit time doesn't count
