Quick question, do you think you can stop/ kill Candida from just a Berberine supplement alone? I saw on IG Berberine is a supplement you recommend.

In my opinion, no! Just because the candida that is resistant to Berberine will survive and reproduce. I like using at least 2 different anti-candida supplements so they can work together.

Thank you that was very informative I have great confusion with area of top of lip last year or so checked out alot of videos advising can be yeast , drs are confused too they just give steroids I've used zinc cream sudacream recently stopped medications self healing will take on board your advice 🙏

Try focusing on finding the root causes of your skin issues! If you are going through TSW, steroids was likely the trigger but something deeper must be preventing your skin from fully healing. For example, gut health, hormone imbalances, poor diet, stress, etc.

I like to recommend a 2-3 month protocol minimum but it could be different for everyone!

doctor can you tell me which moisturiser is the safest and the best in the market

Unfortunately I cannot! The reason is because everyone reacts different to different products. However, I would suggest looking into natural moisturizers like beef tallow or shea butter. If you want a more conventional moisturizer, look for moisturizers aimed at babies or sensitive skin. I have a video coming out soon about my favourite natural moisturizers!
