Gujarat is the Gulf state of India. It has the fastest ports to Europe, Gulf, eastern US and Russia. It is 12 hours speedboat ride from UAE to Gujarat and only 8 hours from Chahbahar to Gujarat. It is surprising that it doesn't have the highest investments.

One point you forgot here to add is :- No fights over languages like southern states Gujjus are more open minded when it comes to language if anybody from UP,Bihar or MP came to work they will try to do conversation with them in Hindi either they know or not but they will try hard to talk with them in Hindi.....so many south indians are working in Gujarat too ask anyone you wouldn't find any single person who will say that Gujjus forced him/her to talk in Gujarati 🌚💐

The bullet train is not solely in Gujarat; it connects Gujarat and Maharashtra. Several factors make it the most economical and viable option: (1) Three main cities out of the top ten and five out of the top 20 cities in India are along the route. (2) The entire route is near the coastal area, so there are no major mountains, only flat land. (3) There is significant traffic, and many affluent travelers can afford the bullet train fare due to the high volume of business and wealthy travelers between the two cities. It was Japanese company survey and it is their investment.

Please add few more points for preferred destination Gujarat by MNCs and Indian Entrepreneurs: 1) There is no strangle hold of COMMUNISTS AND THEIR labour UNIONS in Gujarat, who frequently go on strikes, incite violence and force the shut down of Industries. In fact over past 30 years, there have been no major labour union strikes . 2) In Gujarat There is no hatred for outside labour from other states of India, unlike in states like Maharashtra, TN, Karnataka, Bengal, Punjab etc. Infact Gujarat has largest migrant labour population from all over India. 3) Though Narendra Modi is not CM of Gujarat, the Gujarat Government ministers and administration is scared to ask for commission/ bribes/ kickback from the Companies setting up projects in Gujarat, because anyone indulging in Corruption, if brought to Narendra Modi is removed from the post due to ना खाऊंगा ना खाने दूंगा policy. 4) During Modi's tenure as CM for 15 years, single window policy for setting up projects was well established in Gujarat and hence there is no delay in Project setup and no cost overrun in Gujarat. 5) Modi developed superb infrastructure during his tenure as CM. No other state has such superb infrastructure. Thus Gujarat is a dream destination for any MNC for setting up projects. 6) Gujaratis are business minded

Modi govt. has tried to shift focus of politics from caste to development but some politicians are vehemently opposing this. However, I believe that Modi's politics will force all politicians to focus on development only sooner rather than later. As politicians correct their priorities all states will begin to flourish and we will see all round development. Uttar pradesh is a fitting example, it has now second highest gdp among all states. I am desparately waiting to see when will bihar, bengal and jharkhand will get rid of corrupt politicians and choose a CM who is like Yogiji.

1) why ifsc shifted from financial capital ? And why not giving permission to maharashtra to set up 2nd ifsc in mh 2) why every foreign PM received at Gujrat only ? 3) Why olympics are going to be hosted in Gujrat only ? 4) Why bullet train to gujrat ? Why not aproving mumbai Nagpur bullet train when 68 % land is allready aquired ? Why trying to stop pune nashik semi highspeed train when state is ready to sponcer it by its own ? ( One more thing. Everyone argues that why mh opposes mumbai ahamadabad bullet train project ? Answer is simple, there 8 stations in gujrat & only 2 or 3 in mh, also very less distance is in mh & its connecting to a city which will not benefit mh at all. So why should we pay half of amount ? 5) Why Raigad bulk drug park cancelled ? 6) Why they cancelled Chatrapati Sambhajinagar medical device park ? 7) Why DMIC's biggest projects is in dholera ? Everyone please check dholera is under dmic 8) maharashtra's CM said that we have signed mou with vedanta but after a week only its shifted to gujrat. 9) Tata airbus project signed mou with midc to start plant in nagpur where they allready have infrastructure with rafale. But that plant also shifted to gujrat. Even Nitin Gadkari wrote letter to Tata expressing his anger. 10)If Maharashtra Gives 100 to centre, centre gives 7 to us. 11) When GST introduced, states like tamilnadu, mh, gj, karnataka were not ready for that. Because they will have a huge loss. So centre announced compensation to those state, But centre does not gives that compensation fairly to maharashtra. Believe me guys. This is just tip of iceburg, maharashtra lost much more due to Gujrat's PM.

Simply take the example of Maharashtra, which delayed the project of bullet train for not providing ming land and encouraging environmental issues by politicians Take an example of Bangal from where Tata had to take it project Nano to Gujarat due to politics.

Jain rajsthani and my Maximum community lives in surat around 80%+ 20 % lives in Mumbai and virar vasai and not gonna lie even people who are living in Maharashtra are doing marriages of their children's in Surat not in Maharashtra 😊. If you think I am lying then i can prove it just visit Surat one time ground reality of Gujarat is way better than any state

You think there is no protests? Think again. Its not that there is no protest its just that you haven't seen it or its hidden from you. Let me list some protests done in gujarat after 2014 for you. Most recent one. 1. Tapi district against Hindustan Zinc’s proposed smelter plant. 2.Forest department staff strike. 3. Protest against Urban areas bil, 2022. By maldharis. 4.Una protests July 11. etc I could name a thousand more but you get the point. Gujarat also has same people like maharashtra. Even their government is not that stable. Nowadays there are so many AAP MPs and MLAs in gujarat its not impossible that gujarat will be under AAP in the near future.

Most of the major investments are going to Gujarat because of bias from the centre clearly and there is no doubt about it. It seems like companies which choose Gujarat for their large investments find it easier to get incentives from the central government in terms of subsidies and land . This bias is clearly unfair to many other states and just one state getting all these investments is going to create unequal growth among states

Although on the face of it 'why everything in Gujarat' makes a catchy headline, the real fact is that it is the most business friendly state with a developed infrastructure and good law and order situation. MoUs signed at Investors' Summit are not a valid barometer as many of them do not fructify. Even on this parameter Gujarat's conversion rate is pretty impressive. Appreciate the hardwork put in by the Author Yogesh Sharma in collating data and presenting it well.

What about the North eastern states? I am from tripura the infrastructure is improving but mainly only in capital. This development is nothing compare to the mainland BJP stares. On the other hand drug addiction problem, unemployment and illegal imigration for Bangladesh is rapidly growing. Roads of capital agartala becomes rivers in every year monsoon although it's a so called smart city. The development in the hilly areas of state is negligible.

Vedanta Foxconn was planned for Pune near talegoan,it would have created 100000 jobs across Maharashtra but as soon as UBT govt fell the project went to Gujrat and guess what Gujrat had elections that year. And then there are many more this gujju pm of Gujrat has been allocating most of central funds to Gujrat and influencing FDI to gujrat which were supposed to come in Maharashtra and other states. This is not Gujrat vs Maharashtra it's Gujrat vs rest of states of India so up,Bihar and south tum log gujrat ko mat favour karo tumhara bhi katega.
