I've got a cyberpower pc rn, I've just now started having problems after maybe 3 months of ownership, around the end of last month it started to randomly crash, power off, etc, tried dusting it out, cleaning the ram, it's got a 4060 ti, ryzen 7 5600, t-force gaming 16gb of ram and some typa asus motherboard, it's run games pretty well, fortnite runs at 340+ fps, forza at 145 fps, and has no problem with 2k renders in blender! Up and till now. It's just now started having boot problems, pc turns on but no display on monitor or usb ports working.

It’s probably the power supply since they usually put cheap power supplies on these pc.

@@Prod.M00N correct, the service center I took it to said "can't fix it" and decided to refund me so I got sum even better, runs quieter, etc.

The problem with CyberPowerPC is the fact that if there are any issues, you have to pay shipping to send the system back to them. It takes weeks and maybe months for them to send your defective PC back to them. If you receive a PC from them and it works, you are good to go. The only way I would be buying a system from them is through Costco. CyberPowerPC sells some of their computers at Costco. If you order anything online from Costco, you can take it back to a physical store and get your money back.

Based on this clown's video we all should build our own staff. Tomorrow I'm starting on building a new refrigerator, after new washer, dryer, furnace and AC.

Anyone can build a computer and it is easily the cheaper option. It is up to the person to decide whether they want to spend an hour or two learning how to build one or spend hundreds of extra dollars buying a prebuilt one.

I agree, it is not only Cyberpower though. It is almost all of the prebuild companies.

We have a video coming out soon with a company we were really impressed with, but until then: I’d look through them all and find a system in your budget and then look up the building it yourself price

Everytime I play valorant or csgo it crashes, its shitty

That may not be entirely the manufacturers fault. Did this start when you first got the computer, or has it just started happening recently?

@@MikMatTech went through 3 cyberpower pcs, they all crashed to those games (from the start), whenever it happens i feel the heat. Might get the fans replaced idk.

This just is simply not the case with these systems, although this video is old the new Battlebox 2022 with Ryzen 5 5600g and 3060ti retails at $1595 and after including an extra $100 for the case the system to build it yourself costs $1256.97 That’s a $340 difference between the two. And with better hardware in the system we quickly configured

I bought cyberpower in 2018. I have to say the hardware they used was very good. I’ve upgraded it to 6700xt and ryzen 5 5600 set up . New mobo and all. I didn’t have problem with anything except for the god awful case. The case is terrible for airflow. I had to turn off PBO when I upgraded to Ryzen. Went to 95degrees with stock cooler instantly. I put a deep cool gammamax in and temps went down to 55 degrees in load. Don’t buy cyberpower because the case is terrible and building pc is so damn easy. I’ll never buy pre built again.
