हरे कृष्ण महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी इतने सरलतम तरीके से बताने के लिए आपका बहुत आभार मैं इस समय ४माह गर्भवती हूं। आगरा,उत्तर प्रदेश से हूं। वात पित्त थोड़ा बढ़ा हुआ है, जिसकी वजह से डकार, गैस, constipation, acidity, indigestion आदि परेशानियां हो रही हैं। अपनी वैद्य से कुछ औषधियां भी ले रही हूं परंतु वह पंचकर्म क्रिया नहीं करती हैं। कैसे बस्ती क्रिया कर सकती हूं? बहुत वर्षों से आयुर्वेदिक खान पान और दिनचर्या का पालन भी करती हूं। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।

Along with this Matra basti I also gave her yog basti, alternate niruh and anuvasan for 7 days. And some shaman medicines too. She is completely fine now and there is no complaint of udavart, belching or stomach pain since last 6 months. Before this her digestion was very poor for the past 5 years. I am currently working as a govt. medical officer in Ambedkar Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Thanks for your response. 🙂

Depends on the patient's condition. Aur basti keval pet saf krne k liye nahi dete h.... Wo pure vat k sthan ki suddhi krta h. Basti is much more than just clearing your stomach.

Approx 9 hrs tak andar rahe to normal h.... Patient ko agar stool pehle hi pas ho jata h to pehle bhi bahr aa sakta h. Matra basti ka main role pakvashava me vata shaman ka h. Thanks for watching 🙂

Uttar basti k turant bad travel avoid Krna chahiye. But agr important ho to Uttar basti lene k 1.30 se 2 hr bad pt. ko travel allow kr sakte h.

Ye depend krta h ki aapne kitne oil ki basti di h. Generally matra basti dene k bad 24 hrs k within oil bahr aa jata h. Agar matra basti bahr na aaye aur usse koi updrav bhi nahi h to uski upeksha ki ja sakti h i.e. use nikalna zaruri nahi h. But agr usse stomachache, heaviness, bloating etc. problem pt. ko ho to alternate niruh aur anuvasan basti k through use nikalna chahiye. For more details you can refer to charak samhita siddhi 4 shlok 37 and 41. Thanks for your response.

Aisa tab ho sakta h jab catheter properly andar na gaya ho ya patient ki apan vayu jyada bahr nikal rahi ho. Isliye hamesha basti dene k bad patient ko pad use krne ko kehte h

Why is the rubber catheter placed in the table? Whats the use of gloves if the catheter hasn’t been sterilised properly?

Thanks for your concern. As I am practicing in a govt. hospital I tried my best to do it with the available things. As there was no sterilized tray to keep the catheter so initially I sterilized the table and the catheter preventing any contamination. It's great that you observed that.

Oil depends on the patient's symptoms. Oils like mahanarayan taila, dashmoola taila or simple til taila can be used. It all depends on the patient's condition.

Madam: I am a housewife and my son who is studying in 12 std having constipation .So I have to tie him and take him toilet forcefully and insert soap in his ass . After inserting soap he start doing no2. Is it ok or safe?

It is not ok at all. Kindly consult any physician who can cure it medically treating the cause behind his constipation. Passing stool is a natural process... Please don't make it a nightmare for your son. 🙏

@@drseemaprajapati Already consulted. He told because of fast food its happen. He is not ready to avoid fast food. So I started a soap as a home remedy. Atleast because of fear of soap he can avoid fast food. I use Rin Soap.

@@k22732 Tried everything but no getting result. Soap is best way to make him shit out. Soap starts creating burning sensation and forced to shit. Is it ok?
