I agree 100% Damon and Dave are killing it and they deserve all the success they get, and Essa is an amazing wealth of knowledge but one of the unsung heros at DDE is that kid Mark ever since he got there 2ish years ago DDE has been producing daily videos somehow I think that kid does way more than we think behind the scenes

I think @DailyDrivenExotics is currently one of the best automotive channel out there!! with the kind of the cars they have and the builds they are doing and also the ideas of future projects its just crazy how far the boys have come!! I think from now on DDE will be just going up with the Gumball plans and all the relationship they have build with other fellow influencers .DDE will sure bring crazy content from that building. With the addition of Mike, Tim, Sean and Mark its just going to get even more crazier. I am currently addicted to their channel and love what they are doing .Love the boys hope they get more success these coming years!!!

DDE is NOT Hoonigan. DDE is inspired by Hoonigan, specifically Ken Block and the crazy builds he used to swing around closed cities. That's the inspiration Damon has for DDE. Almost as if DDE is the rebel child of Hoonigan in a way, indirectly. Can't compare the two, but they are some of the most entertaining car channels out there. I've been a DDE fan since Damon had 50k followers. Saw their growth all the way. All their peaks and valleys. This trajectory they're on is incredible. So much room for growth now with the new HQ.

I like the fact that you guys are talking about the DDE move and how positive it is. As a DDE fan, I was worried people who didn't "know" Damon and Dave would think they were riding on the back of Hooigan leaving. Great conversation boys.

Mad respect to Damon and Dave, it is a big step-up. It almost seemed like they were starting to grow the team, not much different from Hooigan or Donut where there are different "characters" that can be doing videos. Mike is an amazing addition to the team and I am excited to see what the future of the channel becomes. Damon dreamt of Hooning supercars after watching Ken, and they are building some crazy cars to do it in, so I hope they can live up to the amazing production Ken had with his videos. RIP Ken.

DDE will carry on with Ken's memories. In my opinion. DDE is the best to lease that place and keep Ken alive in spirit. Damon is going to kill the internet with views now. The other car channels are like DUCKIES. Super happy for DDE and keeping hoonigan going.

Damon is a marketing genius. He fully understands what people want by listening to them. Dave is really business savvy. Damon knew driving video's can only get you so far. Also burying old beefs was a strong move. Watching and learning from the Gumball Rallies doing worldwide events brought new people. Getting the Block was a brilliant idea and perfect timing. We will see less n less of Damon and dave but the channel won't skip a beat because it will always feel like those two are always there.

If DDE renovate the space correctly and utilise the space with a destination merch store,event space etc. this move can take them to the next level. Also on the point about Damon and Dave being on the channel, this move will in time bring more employees etc , more content. I think eventually you could have a dedicated SHOP channel. Mike, sean and Tim have already shown they can carry the channel with the same view numbers for mikes build series. Mike joining DDE was ready the turning point. They had the vision a long time ago with bringing dean and race team into the mix but it couldn’t work out as the race team is a full time commitment in itself. Mike is an incredible driver and mechanic so he c an teach and do the racing part and build and fab crazy cars! His version of the Ferrari is gonna blow the Aronn version out the water.

DDE is a force to be reckoned with. And it’ll be. Good to see them grow.

James doesn't do anything unique to follow along to for a daily upload cadence. Wrap, exhaust, wheels, and sell 2 months later, car deliveries for cars he doesn't own, I'm going broke videos, endless I can't afford my Bugatti videos and proceeds to lease a Koenigsegg. Its boring content. What DDE is doing is engaging to say the least and makes it entertaining to follow along to daily.

DDE is a cash flow business. Equity is low, but revenue and expenses are high. They are grinding hard, but they need to acquire some assets though to sell off so they don’t have to post every day. Stradman as an accountant knows he needs to build equity as you never know…

Dude honestly if they are living there that’s super smart. Damon mentioned they travel back and forth from Canada every other week and stay in hotels. Why not stay there while in town, save money, and shit you’re already there. It reminds me of Cleetus buying Desoto and turning it into the freedom factory, taking over a space with precious history, paying respect to that and continuing to let the legacy live on with fun new content and hooning

Essa is moving his shop to the Block. I think DDE could start making people as customers by customizing customer vehicles. You hire a graphic artist and a wrap team, you can start having fans bring their cars in to get customized, maybe even have Essa work on their vehicle.

DDE is absolutely killing it right now and there is no ego with Mike they actually joke around and say that he's their new boss. I really do think that they are going to do great things I mean they are kind of like hoonigan in a lot of ways but they do it with supercars. They truly were some of the first to actually do that type of shit with supercars.

I’ve followed them for a long time and Ken is the whole inspiration behind dde and the channel but with the hype of it being an expensive super car ripping it ….. it’s a massive investment and such a smart place for them to keep Ken’s legend alive as a homage to the great tyre slayer Ken block

I think Hoonigan is going the similar way of the DC brand. It used to be a cool smaller hip specialty brand....but then it got too big and you started seeing it in places like costco and Walmart and then eventually fizzled away.

Damon and Dave have created pure magic. And Mike Essa along with Tim make that magic pop. DDE For Life.

Loving the new DDE HQ, Hopefully they can get it built up quickly enough so we can see there vision of what they have planned. With the big builds they are planning on doing they are ordering parts now, so when they are ready to start the builds they have the parts ready, as thats what has slowed down the F12 build is waiting on custom parts.

I love that the moves DDE are making got people talking about them. Them getting this place is honestly a fitting place for the passion they have. Like they're not caged anymore.

ya Damon seems like a class act for the most part. dave on the other hand seems to be kind of immature and insecure at times. i def find my self skipping a lot less in the vids when damon is more shown. Dave can be somewhat irritating when he treats people with disrespect.

I watch both DDE and TJ on a daily basis. What they do is my dream as in my spare time I look for cars online and do dream buildouts on them on my computer. I’ve literally modified ever car I’ve ever owned and I’m almost 38 but unfortunately I was injured in an accident thanksgiving ‘22 and can’t work on cars anymore. Glad I was able to do all the work I’ve done to all my vehicles but especially having had the most modified and custom 1 off parts for my jeep (15k just in mods) a few years back. I’ll always have a passion for cars.

I think yall are right. DDE has taken the baton from hoonigan and they're now the channel I watch for car hooning fun. I still enjoy hoonigan videos but the excitement from the daily transmission and build breakdown days are gone. DDE now has that excitement for me.

Its pretty sweet so see this kind of content continue, Its tough sometimes when there is a shift and there isn't another group to capture the vibe and keep it going In this case DDE has been doing a great job of keeping that feeling alive and making the viewer feel a part of that transition.
