Is dolomite harmful?

In this video we talk about the rehabilitation of manila bay
it use dolomite as a replacement for dolomite
this is not new because dolomite is common as sand for different beaches
it can lower ph level of acid in ocean which is a major factor for a human to interact.

It's really good that the government is doing this rehabilitation project. Development and build-build-build projects should not bring to a stop because of the pandemic. It's not practical and wise to put all the resources into a single basket during the pandemic when we know that there's already a big fund appropriated to fight and recover from it. And besides, this problem in our bays has been an issue for so many decades, and only this great Duterte Administration has the guts to actually start providing the solution. This vlog tries to be informative, at the same time selective in giving the information. There's also an attempt of injecting assumptions e.g., "Some dolomite product might contaminated...".

Trash has been a problem in our society,dumping trash to rivers that exit in mla bay.the smell of the seas of mla.bay are unbearable and the floating of plastics and diff.of trash and dead animals and dying fish and birds can be seen on mla bay, which one do you like,cleanliness or trash?
