After quitting Raid and hearing this about dragonheir I think we need to diversify our mobile gamer's risks and look for something new to play. Except watcher of realms lol. MacChan you need to lead us to the new joy! Please found a new good game for us to play and have fun lol

They just need to start with global seasons moving forward where anyone can start on. Give new players the option to either start with season 1, season 2 or new global server. Give existing players the option to transfer to the new global server at anytime (this will fix the catchup mechanic)

I completely agree with you and share your concerns as a CC! Though with all the new games coming this year to android I really think if they do not improve this game people will start quitting even more...I really like the game as most of players but developers did to do much more! I always think about this game like Diablo 4, the game was really good at launch but if they take too much long to improve the game and make it better for players...players will eventually quit and will not come back because when the game is improved those players already engaged with other games and as a player after we quit a game we look for something new we dont want to come back for the same old stuff. That's my opinion!

They changed otherworld already. The bosses are up fulltime now. Completely agree on Arena. I was expecting it to be changed by s2. They need an overtime after 5 minutes to force a decision. Maybe if you successfully stall for 5 mins you only lose half the points and attacker only gains half the points or something. Definitely seasonal reset needs to be addressed. Seasonal reset is really hard to pull off in this kind of game if you are forcing players to grind the same content every 3 months to level the same champs to fight the same bosses. It's so much grinding and effort for minimal fun, especially with time-gating the only difficult and challenging content in the game (pillars / fae). One thing I will say is these developers have been incredibly quick on certain changes with community feedback throughout s1 and start of s2, which makes lack of communication and the failure to address certain issues even more confusing to me. As an alliance leader, I have seen a lot of big spenders quit playing the game entirely. Something needs to change to pick up the pace of the game, otherwise I won't be playing in s3 either.

As a F2p peasant who can't have the luxury to summon brand new "epics" every season, doing the exact same thing, with exact same team, strating from scratch, every season is frustrating.

Going through the story was one of things that pulled me from other gacha to this one. Progression definitely needs some tuning. I'm just not sure how to best merge existing servers. Perhaps after s2 ends, everyone merges to the same server starting s3 - going through the first two seasons is a sort of catch up and prevents veterans from flooring newbs in rankings. Or perhaps adjust how rankings are setup.

You raised some good points here. I think having season 1 when I started was nice. I was on a decent server but as a low budget crappy luck with felicity carrying me thru everything I still ended up placing 13 on leaderboards. Now im in season 2 and I merged into other servers and it sucks whales I can never compete with and honestly that makes me not desire to play. I will be lucky to even end the season top 50 or hoping the top 20 quit before I do just to place. I get its p2w but if your even someone who spends 2k on this game your not beating whales specially if your getting crappy units and that's a big issue. Which is another thing I do agree with you on they need to re-balance(BUFF) units not just make more to fix a existing issue. When your only hope is to pull a legendary to save your account and you pull a summon unit it feels so bad for a month of play time for a f2p to get a legendary should feel good. But back to the server thing I mentioned why I liked it but I didn't mention how stupid it is for events like the DnD for the last one and this one coming I am in the start of the season I have no affinity so there is a huge gap in power that I won't have. I am not sure how they fix this without ruining players experience and old rewards. Like right now if I was told im rushing to season 3 I would feel even more behind with even less power because of all the rewards and pulls I missed out on only to be paired with more people stronger. The question is how do you solve that part how do you make a new player feel like they have a chance most people don't wanna spend money to be placed top 200. And f2p don't wanna play games there time and strategies are meaningless.

Another thing I worry about with the servers, is that as people lose interest and stop playing, how will I be able to recruit new members into my alliance? And with people losing interest, they are playing less and less, so the alliance seems to be getting weaker by the day. And I already can't find new members to replace them with, even though we are ranked 6th.

I asked on discord and on support and to a CM via a content creator, some specification about the game public API. It was 2 months ago and still no answer. This is how they care about people who want to create tools for the game.

Gold Dice should only be for legendary attempts only. I’ve saved up for the Helios dice, only to be given duplicate heroes that I was able to get using Starlight dice. So that’s a huge WTF.

Honestly atm i have enough content to do to keep me busy till next season. Fey Meander, pillars, leveling, farming gear, testing comps. But they really have to keep up with my speed as an average spender. I play for 6 weeks now and almost hit a plateau in progress.

This game has such a big potential and its amazing to play but this "Seasonal game" doesn't catch people if u loose almost everything after the 3 months of season. They really need to change the hole ideia of this or this game is over after this season. Still i love to play this game.

You need to have all the op epic to get true a new season undone have garius and adolfis. That being said a low spender either a full time job can’t keep up I think it would be better to only add new maps and let you keep a few heroes full level with some gear that you can choose to keep

They also are unwilling to give our compensation for bugs that truly cause players to lose rank or rewards. They are very adamant about responding to support tickets but they treat every result as most gacha companies do; like we are meant to spend and leave. One big fix would be to shrink the time after the chief battles when the new zone opens up and fill it with other stuff before resurgent dragon.

Most of the suggestions really make sense. Im not sure the game will change much from s1 to s2 only a couple changes have been made except the new area and couple champs. People being on different seasons really piss me off

They need to make goblin much easier, instant raids would be a good thing, too much time has to be used to get heroes to lev 100 and that taxing when 90% of the things that you get you can't keep.

The only thing that kept me going playing is, the goal to get at least ONE Legendary Hero. Ive been only playing GH for more than a month and honestly, i love it. However, after the RESET, my motivation went done a bit nevertheless i still want to get the Legendary Hero huhu

I beat season one in about 2 weeks. Now I'm stuck for months until I wait for season 2. So bad. I think I'm done with what would otherwise be a fun game.

I'm a new player, on day 19. Game have huge potential but having a cap on stamina as f2p player just suck ass. They forcing players way too much to invest in this game and i can see many people will abandon this game because of it.

The game with the biggest potential ever … yet the developers never listen to the community doesn’t make any sense to me at all. The game might die in S3 … or the company itself is too greedy …

I quit it’s boring don’t get no legendarys and too grindy for someone that works and free to play same map same dungeons.

The problem is the late game. The rewards for longterm challenges like Clepsydra are worthless for those, who take top 20 positions. Arena points are useless in late game. Clanwars are boring nonsense. Last month the only thing I do is beating Vortex, beating bosses just to keep doing cycles of clepsydra points..

Seasonal dungeon is interesting. I'm personally can not understand why they did not give us last boss of the Season 1 story Child of Chaos as weekly boss at highest difficulty he should be really hard . Even now, they nerf all weekly bosses from 240 lvl to 160lvl . I just dont have what to buy with my leftover bard tickets. On other hand new school Thunder is really bad for most of the bosses and all new school forced you to use very usefull or just top on spot melle . And new events come and all bosses are actually terrible for melle . Wild and Dauntless are just 2x more better than Thunder and Burn for Lunar events boss.

I knew the season wipe was going to kill this game. It did for me. The thought of starting back at level 1 and having to grind Goblin Lair and leveling crystals again turned me off to the game. I want to play a game that respects my time, and clearly this game does not.

The adventurer's spells and affinity need to change every season. For example next season maybe be Poison, Radiant and Necrosis. Then the season after that Wild, Dauntless and Frost spells. Seasonal should feel completely new. A good model is Riot games seasons like TFT. Completely new power systems every season. Also everything that is farmed with stamina should be easy to get and not a grind. Since you keep nothing. Gear should be aboundance. Game difficulty should be focused on problem solving not gear gating. Good example is the end of the season cooper boss. Players had easy access to end game resources and can build new teams easily. To firgure out the best way to take down the boss. Another good example of good content was sections of the main story in S1 that required multiple teams to clear. This wasn't time gated just difficult to get by. And required building different teams to get by. In other words the game needs to focus on making players problem solve not grind resources.

I love the game, but the second saison is maybe the last for me, if they nothing change in 3th Saison, Many guys have quited the game or want quit the game after the S2. Arena sucks ,its not easy to get on Silver they should change the shop In S2 is only a new story for 3-5 days and thats it I personally dont like every 3 months reset for the heroes and you must every time level all your heroes from lvl0 there is no new dungeons or Vortex, all Dungeons only buffed Its boring every day to farm Goblins We need more energy, thats nothing. I want farm more, because you become mostly Gear with flats stats and this sucks,. More energy or they should remove flats from the gear. Or something else, maybe energy for the dungeons and extra energy for the goblins The Halo event is also boring, i dont no I personally love the game, but want anymore at Saison 3 level all Heroes and Artifacts from lvl0, want test other heroes also, but is not easy, because you have no energy to level so many heroes and in 3 months is over again :((((

adding new servers everyday is pretty much every gacha game i've played by chinese game developers. I doubt they will change in this area. They should just have 90 servers starting on different days, and keep everyone on the same season..

Ppl don't play it because it's either not compatible with there devices. I've hurd that more times then I could count. Myself it doesn't work on my android even tho it's new.basically people go to try and they can't download it so there like fu##$ it & never bother again. The game itself is cool & worth a try.

The problem with the game is seasons and its execution. This game is pretty difficult with a lot of mechanics that can seem overwhelming to new players. However seasons mean that content creators or any advice blogs are going to be on a different season with different characters and mechanics. So if you are a new player looking for help this will not help and becomes extremely discouraging. So not only do you feel isolated in game but by the community at large. Then there are a lot of qol issues that are turn offs for new players. 1. Game is built as a competitive seasonal ladder battle. 2. Too difficult to get legendary characters to reasonably compete as ftp 3. Too difficult to get legendary artifacts to reasonably compete as ftp 4. No daily grinding resources like tickets 5. resetting progression for low developed accounts is very discouraging. 6. Seaons make it hard to play with friends you've introduced to the game.

The Goblin stuff is a huge drag for sure and that stupid horn you use is useless - even when your dice finally rolls a 20, it tells you the hero doesn’t want to join you and you get gold shards instead.

Loving the game, astonished at how Raid players complain constantly about a company that does changes at 25X the rate of Plarium. The seasonal concept I like for catchup, but it does seem that most people don't enjoy it in this genre.

I think the season thing can work but they need to stop updating after the day zero people finish season 2 and let everyone be on the same season.. nobody wants to make content for the new season bc new players will not see that content for like 6 months.. also people who make content would have to make multiple account for all the new seasons and old so its relevant

Eventually you'll realize the game does not really offer much. The season is too long and unrewarding in the end and I do not see myself playing season 3. If it can be done, try (1) improving Coop grinding for better loot/gear. (2) Put in a guild effort to take down a monster and (3) Put a dungeon where you are fighting quantity enemies instead for a change.

Overwhelming number of legendary champions, artifacts, inspirations etc. with little to no accessibility for free to play players. Gold dice are just WAY too hard to come by, banners suck hard, getting just a single leggo as a F2P is a huge hassle and the chances are it will be a useless one. It's simple, people want to pull shiny, get new heroes, build and enjoy them, but there is almost no space for F2P or even low spenders, because the game is way to greedy and too stringy when it comes to summons. No low-spender/F2P base = dead game in no time.

I disagree in that, it is a western style game that promoted DND as its partner… that means you gained the interest of people who also like a good story that comes with it. Game play is essential for sure but there has to be something that fuses everything together. Throw out the story, you pretty much have a big mess of characters but no dance to go to.

I think one month season will do game better,right now it’s too boring.. look s more like a job then a game..u get happy one/month on rest u do do the same thing every day..not fun..

the seasons get progressively harder, that's why new players aren't given the option to start in later seasons, where it will get too difficult for them. a plan to entice new players would be to make the earlier seasons shorter, while giving them the same rewards.

It needs a total rework. Low pull rates, P2W PVP, Pay for QOL. No xp for story content and dungeon, only boring goblin with no auto skip. The whole roster is upside down and lopsided. Absolutely worthless commons only there to lower pull rates. Cant ascend rares/epic but can ascend Legendaries? The reset should give you all the exp pots and skills scrolls back. Needs a well/slot system that matches the level of your 5 highest leveled characters. The core game is good the experience/ reset/Gacha/stamina system on top is one of the worst.

I think this game will die soon. And i was pretty sure about this 3+ months ago. Why? Because every day it accumalate too much wrong things that cant be fixed while game is already realese. They wasting too much time. They had 3+ months to making season 2 content. And we receive copy-pasted absolutely empty boring content that have been done on 3rd day. That is so outrageous. Many many many times i had thought "Is this real? Do they even understand what games, gameplay, gamers, fun are? Was this actually done by people or a neural network? Or reptilians? But why? How terrible is this". What about money spenders? They spend thousands of dollars and what they receive? Many heroes and artifacts 1 lvl. Tens of them. And they must after that every season buy all BP and spend a lot of red crys to get some bread. And it still not enough. How can there even be such contempt for those who pay for your work and provide profit? And the latest update with speeding up the battle. What the fk is this? How was the decision made about where it would be available and where it wouldn’t? No, this is really complete blsht. And this happens all the time. It's a pity. The game had huge potential. The 1st problem is the seasons. Restarting is boring.... Second the game is pay2win that means that doesnt give chances to free2players to reach 1st or very high nowhere. Tell me macchan is nice to be in vortex with 150 million dmg??? Will ever a f2p player reach you ???? in how many years???.... The game is beautiful but it sucks and their company will go blacklist for future games.
