Please is there a way to avoid fee paying if you are close to the cut off like 15 but you got 18 for Knust Communication design . I Heard you can offer for a mature course then after you complete you can continue as a regular student something like that or ?

Pls if you chose a regular status during the filling of the application form and you couldn't meet the cut off point would you be automatically considered as a fee paying student when you meet other necessary requirements
