Your point is perfection. Also wanted to add that being healed from brokenness is not a license for a relationship, either. Just because you’re healed, doesn’t mean you deserve one. Sometimes, the healing is for you to rest in it. Sometimes the reward for becoming a new version of yourself is to acquaint yourself with this new version of you. Healthily fall in love with yourself all over again. Learn about yourself all over again.
@preethiprez3 ай бұрын
@@ReeRee_Donita Wow Amen!! This is so powerful. When we accept the season of singleness with gladness, God will begin to reveal what He needs us to do during this time, and that there is an appointed time and season for union in His timing.

I like the last statement about humanizing the opposite sex… As of late, I have been noticing that more often than not men in the internet are literally very misogynistic that it scares me to even date nowadays, same men can act like they love you while being hateful and prejudice towards women. And women are now going for the 4b movement where they avoid men entirely.

@@imari9997 Wow I've never heard about that movement thank you for sharing that. I think it is very challenging especially with social media to humanize people because in a way people use social media to dehumanize themselves, but what has helped me is limiting my social media. I started to notice my facebook feed showing random images of women almost with no clothes and it was making me sick so I just stopped logging in. Unfortunately this is where society is going so I like to stay rooted in in person interactions as much as possible.

At last I’m in a 1 on 1 with my Heavenly Father who is giving me completion and the Wisdom to let Him do what he knows how to do; which is the best for me, Starting with Him, He gives Good Gifts, for my good and His Glory…. I’ve never had that, so I have to let go and let God… I never thought it, But I’m content and well pleased, I’ve conquered a lot in my singleness, God is more and has been supplying my needs,,I’m healing and healed

I'm not ready to married. To be honest, I don't want the responsibility. A lot of ppl don't understand that marriage is a ministry and if a person is not ready for that type of ministry, then continue to work on the areas of life that God may be working on until He sees that your heart is ready for that ministry. I have found that too many ppl are worshipping the ideal of being married, which is a form of idol worship. Live your life the way God sees fit for you. But I also believe that if we take the wrong path or we make the wrong choices that's how we miss what he has for us.. so we have to keep him first in our lives, keep our focus on him and everything else will be adding on to us.. he knows the desires of our hearts.. you don't need to go searching for one he will recognize you when he finds you.❤🙏

Respectfully, that's this entire generation. Reason why a lot of people aren't getting married at all or super late is because people didn't work on themselves when they were younger and now have to do it on the back end during prime marriage ages. I know a lot of Men who have been super frustrated with Christian sisters because a lot of time in their younger years was doing their own way and now they are saying it's just them and God. Kind of reminds me of Matthew 25

I'm coming back to this comment because this comment was left 5 days ago, and learning means having the right to look at a platform and learn from it to grow and be better individually, to have these tough conversations. A person's not gonna know the dialogue that's being discussed if that person themself isn't online. So the answers will vary, the answers will be different. If we can come at the problem from a mutual place and understand both individuals are single, then their would be less gaslighting. If as single, you can't disagree to agree, or take good constructive criticism, how can you grow? I'm not perfect & lord knows I've made mistakes, plenty, but to go into a relationship this way with so many years of misunderstandings, isn't healthy. A person may not have the slightest understanding of the reactions online, but it's not to begin drama or keep drama going.

I never wanted to be married and lived a carefree life not being in a relationship with a man. I had a few admires who were disappointed that I was not throwing myself at them like other girls around them and they thought I was cold. I swore up and down I didn't need a man to be happy and I was not the domesticated type. But recently at the age of 42 years old it all came crashing when I felt a loneliness I never felt before and a desire for companionship. In a rare moment, I went to God to confirm if he called me to singleness despite already knowing this is what he called me to and he said yes. To add insult to injury, the enemy sent an unavailable man in my life that I am physical attracted to and it's been decades since I desire a man like this. I need all the strength I can get to not fall into temptation. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Yes, it is important to prepare for marriage if you believe God has called you to it. But what if the Father has called you to be single? There's absolutely nothing wrong with being single. Jeremiah 29:11 - 13 and Psalms 139:16 tell us that our heavenly Father has a perfect plan for us. If He has called you to be single then He knows what He's doing it.

All that happens is you can make decisions that mess you up and where you need so much healing from. We already have our past trauma’s to deal with, why add more. God loves us so much and He wants us to seek Him and grow in Him. Be restored from ALL the broken pieces. Marriage is something that we need to be ready to be our most patient and our best visions. I am currently healing from the season that I really wanted to be married and I am sure so many can identify. God is loving on us so let’s keep receiving it and learning to love right; then watch what our Father will do whether single or on the way to marriage (internally we will be different) ❤️🙏🏾
