[0:36] 3 primary features: Service discovery, [3:10] mutual TLS with Envoy Sidecar (for Zero Trust networking), [4:29] Dynamic load balancing using Traefik.

It's already there, called docker swarm, if it's not sufficient use kubernetes...

Perhaps you confuse docker swarm routing mesh with the full mTLS encrypted consul mesh. Even with kubernetes you have to use consul or e.g. Istio to get a full mTLS encrypted Service-Mesh.
