Thats actually a good thing, because we cannot seek the lord unless the father brings us to jesus. I often find myself praying oh dear lord please come after me, if i ever get weary in trying to seek you.

Thank you pastor for this good sermon. I am Catholic and greatly enjoy a good sermon.i never understood why some pastors thought it was a good idea to say bad things about other's of the same faith . You never do that . That's only one of the reasons i like you thank you pastor.

Jessus our Savior has a amazing way saving us with his loving Grace. I will remember when I finally understood from a great Baptist pastor. In the message I liked when it was bought up of people not understanding that when you live in a unperfect world you can't say I changed, I excepted Christ and I sinned no more. We are all sinners and we do fall in sin so we need Jesus, repent our sin. We need him everyday and work through our salvation. Message was very good. We all pray asking for his guidance to share others of Jesus. Praying in congregations in Jesus Christ believers that people that never excepted Jesus Christ turn to him as their Savior. HE IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND LIFE. 🙏

Dr., you speak the truth that Jesus spoke and the message never changes. He created us and loves us to the point that He died that we might live by only believing. I know because He is my strength and my life. Amen.

Well, sometimes we don’t believe what He says. And sometimes people make big mistakes in their life because they pray and pray and pray and they believe that this is what God wants them to do. And then when God provides the opportunity, they say, Well, I don’t think so. That’s too good for me. God would never do that for me. Or, He would never provide that for me. And right at the doorstep of success and blessing, they turn down God’s awesome goodness for them. They turn down God’s goodness right at the doorstep of receiving it. You ever been there? Is that where you are? Has God promised you something and you come right to the end of it and say, Well, thank You, Father, in Jesus’ name. And then you can’t grasp it. You just can’t, it’s like reaching for a doorknob and you just can’t, you just can’t open the door. On the other side of the door is everything your heart longed for. You just can’t open the door. Your courage just collapses right at the point of your desire. This is what happened to them.
