Last week at F4F Bilbao our founder HSK had the opportunity to discuss about innovation in the food industry with other top-level speakers such as Andy Zynga, Jonathan Berger and Adam Lyle.
Henrik explained how from a disruptive idea Blendhub transformed its business model towards multi-localization to make food production more efficient and sustainable and help SMEs to compete on equal terms with big multinationals.
Today Blendhub has a network of 7 production hubs on three continents and has built a Food-as-a-Service platform to empower food companies from idea to market launch while at the same time creating more transparent and safer supply chains.
